It would be hard to overestimate the good sense and good luck in choosing Jeff Randolph as our General Contractor. Jeff is building his business by building green homes, new ones for the most part, but increasingly "remodels" like ours. Jeff has done more than build the PLAN--he immediately remodeled the remodel, solving numerous problems we didn't even know we had, and imposing the goal and requirement of delivering a house that is energy efficient, will last a lifetime, within an accessible budget. We are daily amazed at how complex this task is, how many activity streams must be kept flowing, how many little (and some not so little) decisions have to be made, how many variables there are... Through all of this Jeff has made it seem easy, the hallmark of a professional's professional. Jeff makes this look easy, but don't be fooled...don't try this at home!
